带羧基丙烯酸酯乳液与无机粉料共混物的性能研究
Characteristics of Blends of Acrylic Emulsion with Carboxyl and Inorganic Powder
【摘要】 研究了一种带羧基的丙烯酸酯乳液与无机粉料的共混物的性能。结果发现,乳液的加入使无机浆料的流动性和稳定性得到改善。乳胶对无机粉料有一定的粘接力,共混物干燥后普遍存在一定的力学强度,但经水浸泡后强度出现明显差异。通过红外光谱分析解释了这些差异产生的原因。
【Abstract】 The blend system of acrylic emulsion and inorganic powder was studied. The new acrylic emulsion was found to improve the fluidity and stability of the inorganic slurry. The mechanical intensity of the blends after soaked in water was also studied and the explanation of the discrepancy in intensity of different compounds was given out via IR.
