液膜处理含铬废液最佳条件初探

【摘要】 讨论了温度、pH值、油内比Roi、乳水比Rew及混合强度等因素对液膜分离、浓缩铬的影。用正交法设计出液膜分离铬的各相关因素,初步讨论了用液膜法分离、浓缩铬的动力学,为进一步理论研究和实际操作提供了有价值的参考依据。

【Abstract】 The factors of temperature, pH, Roi, Rew, and intensity of mixture, which influence the results of separation of concentrated chromium by liquid membrane, are discussed.The interrelating factors of liquid membrane separation of chromium have been studied by orthogonal designing method.This paper preliminarily has discussed dynamics and given valuable reference for thorough theoretical analysis. The test shows that the separation of concentrated chromium by membrane method is more effective.
