湿法磷酸中铁的泡沫浮选净化研究
Removing Iron for Purifying Wet Process Phosphoric Acid by Foam Flotation
【摘要】 采用泡沫分离技术净化湿法磷酸除铁是一种新工艺。用正交试验设计法组织实验,结果表明,在实验所研究的范围内,络合剂对泡沫分离净化湿法磷酸除铁有特别显著的影响,含氮助剂以及络合剂和含氮助剂的交互作用对除铁有一定影响,其余因子的影响不大。
【Abstract】 New technology of removing iron for purifying wet-process phosphoric acid using foam flotation has been studied.The results of experiment on the basis of orthogonal experiment design indicate that, within the range of test study, the complexant has exerted a very great influence on removing iron in wet-process phosphoric acid, but there has been a certain impact of the nitrogen-containing assistants and the interaction of them on it.
