ICP-AES法同时测定铝合金熔炼炉渣中的硅和铁含量
Determination of Silicon and Iron in Melting Slag of Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 用高温熔融法处理铝合金熔炼炉渣,ICP-AES法同时测定其中的硅和铁含量。选定铁259.940nm,硅251.611nm.铁和硅的检出限分别为:60ng/ml和10ng/ml.该方法的相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率为98.0-102.0%。该方法用于实际样品的分析,测定结果与国际规定方法的结果吻合。
【Abstract】 The melting slag of aluminum alloy was fused in high temperature.Silicon and iron were determined by ICP-AES.The work condition and the optical analytical wavelength were selected,the samples determined,and the results of analysis satisfied.The RSD’s were found to be less than 2.0%.Recoveries found by the standard addition method were in the range of 98.0%-102.0%.
