【摘要】 目的　探讨钛笼植入在胸腰段肿瘤切除术的应用价值。方法　对 1 4例胸腰段肿瘤的患者行肿瘤切除钛笼脊柱骨缺损重建术 ,术后经 6～ 1 2个月 ,平均 8个月的随访。结果　除外 2例死亡 ,其余1 2例疼痛均有不同程度的缓解。神经功能障碍 3例完全恢复 ,9例部分恢复 ,2例无恢复。 1 2例患者植骨均融合。结论　钛笼植入重建脊柱稳定因操作简便对比其他重建方式有较大的优越性 ,植骨融合率高 ,是一种比较理想的瘤段切除替代材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of titan cage implantation after resection of thoracolumbar tumor.Methods Fourteen cases with thoracolumbar tumor were undergone tumor resection and titan cage implantation to rebuild the structure of spine.All cases were followed up for an average of 8 months (6-12 months)Results Except for 2 cases that died of neoplasm,the preoperative pains in the rest of 12 cases were relieved in different degree.The preoperative neurological impairment was recovered completely in 3 cases,partially in 9 cases and not improved in 2 cases.Bone implantation of 12 cases fused completely.Conclusions The advantages of titan cage implantation are convenient in practice,high fusion rate of implantation in the aspect of reconstruction of spinal structure.It is one of the comparative ideal substitute materials after tumor resection.更多还原
