【摘要】 目的　研究p1 5蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤和骨软骨瘤中的表达 ,探讨其在骨肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法　采用S -P免疫组织化学方法对 42例骨巨细胞瘤p1 5蛋白进行检测 ,并与 2 0例骨软骨瘤标本作对照。结果　p1 5蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤中表达的阳性率为 43 % ,在骨软骨瘤中表达的阳性率为 1 5 %。骨巨细胞瘤中p1 5蛋白的表达与骨软骨瘤相比差异显著 ( χ2 =5 1 1 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论　p1 5蛋白的表达可能与肿瘤的恶性度相关 ,在骨巨细胞瘤的发生、发展中起作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of p15 protein in giant cell tumors of bone and osteochondroma.Methods The expression of p15 protein was detected in the group that included 42 cases of giant cell tumors of bone and in control group that included 20 cases of osteochondromas by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of p15 in 42 cases of giant cell tumors of bone was 43% and 15% in 20 cases of osteochondromas.There was a significant difference between giant cell tumor of bone and osteochondroma(χ 2=5.11,P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of p15 in giant cell tumor of bone increases prominently.It may be relevant with the genesis and development of giant cell tumor of bone.更多还原
