【摘要】 农村妇女土地权益保护问题 ,是目前“三农”的主要问题之一。我区南宁、玉林、钦州、百色等地的农村妇女为这类问题多次向自治区党委、政府、人大、政协、妇联等部门上访。今年自治区妇联以区政协九届一次会议第 45 5号提案 ,向自治区政府、高院提出建议 ,请求法院依法受理此类案件。本文对侵犯农村妇女土地权益的现象进行了调研 ,分析其产生的客观原因和法律原因 ,对土地权益进行了定性分析 ,并提出保护农村妇女土地权益的措施 ,建议人民法院受理和审理这类案件。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the serious problem of women’s rights and benefits on land in countryside, countryside women from some districts appeal to relative organizations for help. This thesis makes research on the infringement upon women’s rights and benefits on land in countryside, studies both the objective and legal causes, analyses the rights and benefits on land, and then tells the protective measures and suggests the courts to accept and hear the similar cases.更多还原
