【Abstract】 Virtual research and development is the application of virtual enterprise in the scientific research.Beacuse of the unsure numerous participants,the share of technology information,the complication of internet and modern communication technology,it is an active method to protect the concerned intellectual property in virtual research and development by establishing a concerned intellectual property in virtual research and development by establishing a contract among the participants,which will reflect the requirements of virtual cooperation and prevent the infringement of intellectual property at a lower cost compared with the protection by law and technical measures on internet.This essay tries to establish an agreement model for the virtual research and development cooperation by combining the basic theory of contract law with the characteristics of virtual research and development.The main articles in the agreement include the participants,the issue,the authentication articles,the secrecy articles,the risk assumption and the authentication and share of the intellectual property etc.更多还原
