【Abstract】 From the perspective of management, the author makes an analytical study of the British education system designed for producing elites and the reforms made to the system since the 1980s. The difference in ideas about education between China and Britain is then analyzed. Based on the author’s investigation into the education system of Oxford University, the concepts including university, university culture and university spirit are defined, and the essential elements of university spirit are concluded.更多还原
