【Abstract】 We often put the constructive emphasis of ruling by law on the state抯 搑uling the country according to law? while neglect the social autonomy which is the other connotation of modern ruling by law. So China is apt to become a formalized society ruled by law. Here, according to the possibility and necessity of mutual action between state ruling by law and social autonomy in the process of ruling by law, the article explain that the base of real society ruled by law is the mutually beneficial relation between two sides.更多还原
