【Abstract】 The development of the Western region,to some extent, narrows the economic gap between the Western region and Eastern region,but there are some drawbacks,as is concretely revealed by the relative insufficiency of financial support.The radiative effect of funds can be brought into full play, thus providing powerful financial support for the development in the Western region, by establishing a step-ladder financial pattern in the three levels of central cities, small and medium-sized cities,and villages,"with central cities as regional funding center,small and medium-sized cities as funding supporting plane and vast countryside as funding stronghold".更多还原
