【Abstract】 It has become a tendency that journals will be digitalized. However, due to the slow reaction to the protection of intellectual property right, the development of digital journals has been seriously affected. This paper analyzes the major problems related to the protection of intellectual property right of digital journals in our country and points out that the protection should be reinforced and based on law and techniques so as to stimulate the development of digital journal in China.更多还原
