基于图像处理技术的同步环智能检测系统
A synchronizing ring intelligent detection system based on a picture processing technique
【摘要】 针对汽车生产线上同步环监测过程中检测错误率高的不足,提出了基于图像处理技术的同步环自动定位检测的解决方案,该系统通过一个实用的算法校正了生产线的位置移动对检测结果带来的影响,并充分利用一些巧妙的手段消除了背景光、工人走动等带来的干扰,可以对生产线进行实时监测,能检测出微小同步环是否安装及具体是哪一个同步环被漏装,并自动报警、保存出错信息。系统已成功的应用于汽车生产线上。
【Abstract】 To avoid the faults existing in a conventional method in an automobile production line,a solution to synchronizing ring auto-detection based on a picture processing technique is given in this paper.This system rectifies the influence of the deviation of a production line and makes full use of some smart method to eliminate the disturbance that is caused by the background light and the movement of the workers.This system can monitor the production line in a real time and detect that the mini synchronizing rings are installed and that which one is not installed.If there is anything wrong,it can give off an alarm and save the wrong information.The system has been applied to the production line successfully.
