【摘要】 目的　探讨在各类错的正畸治疗中如何建立和维持良好的后牙咬关系。方法　通过 73例矫治成功的病例(其中Ⅱ类错 2 9例 ,Ⅲ类错 18例 ,Ⅰ类错 2 6例 ) ,分析、总结了建立和维持良好后牙咬关系的矫治设计、具体方法以及良好后牙咬关系一旦丧失如何处理的措施。结果　所有病例最终均获得了良好的后牙咬关系。多数在矫治过程中获得而有些却需在矫治后期专门为之。结论　 (1)欲在各类错的固定正畸中取得或维持良好的后牙咬关系 ,在确定矫治计划时就必须仔细分析患者的错类型、骨面型结构、正侧貌形态 ,所需支抗类型、支抗的设计以及患者的配合程度等 ,从而能前瞻性地制定出相对切实可行的能够在矫治过程中同时完成后牙良好咬关系的计划 ,并能在治疗过程中根据随时出现的问题进行及时有效的调整。 (2 )建立良好的后牙咬关系 ,Ⅱ类错比Ⅲ类错难度大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effective and efficient methods of fixed orthodontic treatment to set up a good posterior occlusal relationship,and the way to maintain the good relationship and to deal with the discrepancies during treatment.Methods 73 cases who were successfully treated with fix appliance were analysed. The treatment of cases, especially cases who lost posterior anchorage were investigated.Results All the cases achieved good posterior dental relationship ultimately, most during the treatment, but some should be treated specially after orthodontic.Conclusion To set up and maintain the good dental relationship in malocclusions treatment,such elements need careful analysis as the skeletal and dentoalveolar patterns,soft tissue profile,anchorage,patient cooperation and so on, then a feasible plan before treatment to achieve the goal and to deat with the discrepancies.It is more difficult to set up a good posterior dental relationship in class II malocclusions than in class III malocclusions.更多还原
