【摘要】 目的　探讨血清HBVDNA定量方法与HBV标志物用免疫色谱技术 (澳卡 )、放射性免疫技术 (RIA)、酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA)进行比较。方法　采用AmpliSensor定量PCR、澳卡、RIA、ELISA对 10 9例门诊患者的血清HBVDNA含量、HBV标志物HBsAg、HBeAg进行分析。结果　HBVDNA检测的阳性率 89 9% ,对HBsAg澳卡与RIA检出的阳性率为 83 5 %、ELISA为87 2 % ,四种方法检测的符合率为 81.6 % ;HBV标志物三种方法同时检出为HBsAg阳性的符合率 92 6 %、HBeAg符合率 90 9% ;三种方法检出的结果一致有 94例 ,检测的符合率为 86 2 % ,RIA的最小检测值可达 6 5× 10 3 拷贝 /ml;在HBsAg(- )、HBeAg(- )中 ,2 7 2 %HBVDNA含量大于 6 9× 10 3 拷贝 /ml。结论　HBV标志物三种方法结果无显著性差异 ,RIA的灵敏度略高于其它两种 ,在检测HBV标志物HBsAg(- )、HBeAg(- )中 ,应结合HBVDNA定量检测 ,才能对HBV的诊断及治疗效果做出正确的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the quantitative measuring method for HBV DNA and compare it with the measuring of HBV marker objects by immunochromatographic test(ICT),enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),radioimmunoassay(RIA).Method 109 patients’ serum HBV DNA had been tested by AmpliSensor quantitative PCR,meanwhile,ICT,RIA,ELISA were also used to detect surface antigen HBsAg and HBeAg.Result With the quantitive methods,the positive rate of HBV DNA were 89.9%,while by ICT,ELISA and RIA test the positive rate of HBsAg were 83.5%,83.5% and 87.2%,respectively,with the concordant rate of these four methods were 81.6%,the HbsAg positive concordant rate of the latter three methods was 92.6% and HBeAg concordant rate was 90.9%.The result of 94 cases was the same by the latter three kinds of methods in the same patient with concordant rate of 86.2%.the RIA minimum examination value can be 6.5×10 3 copies/ml.In cases of HBsAg(-) and HBeAg(-),27.2% of them has HBV DNA content as high as 6.9×10 3 copies/ml.Conclusion There exists no significantly difference in the results of HBV markers’ three measuring methods.The sensitivity and reliability of RIA were slightly higher than other two methods of HBV markers.When HBV markers are HBsAg(-) and HBeAg(-),it’s advisable to have HBV DNA quantitative test to make correct HBV diagnosis and treatment effect evaluation.更多还原
