【摘要】 目的　探讨胃癌中E2F 3的表达与临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化技术对 4 9例人原发性胃癌癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中E2F 3的表达进行检测 ,通过统计学方法研究其表达情况以及与肿瘤分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移、侵袭深度之间的相互关系。结果　E2F 3在癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中的阳性表达率为 16 33% (8/ 4 9)和 75 5 1% (37/ 4 9) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。癌组织、癌旁正常黏膜中E2F 3的表达在不同的临床病理特征之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　胃癌中E2F 3低表达 ,且E2F 3低表达是胃癌发生中的早期关键步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of E2F-3 in human primary gastric carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E2F-3 in the cancer tissues and their corresponding normal mucosa of 49 cases of human primary gastric carcinomas.Statistics was used to analyze the data.Results The postive expression rate of E2F-3 in cancer tissues was 16.33%(8/49),while the postive expression rate of E2F-3 in corresponding normal mucosa was 75.51%(37/49); The positive rate show distinct difference between cancer tissues and normal mucosa (P<0.001).The expression of E2F-3 in cancer tissues was not correlated with the tumor stage,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion.Conclusion The results suggest that E2F-3 is lowly expressed in gastric carcinomas.And the anomalous expression of E2F-3 gene may permit the gastric tumorigenesis and progression.更多还原
