【摘要】 目的　探讨牛磺酸对大鼠肝细胞凋亡的作用。方法　用CCl4诱导形成大鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导生物素化脱氧尿嘧啶缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)技术法测定大鼠肝细胞凋亡 ,免疫组织化学法测定大鼠肝细胞Bcl 2、Bax基因表达水平。结果　牛磺酸治疗组肝细胞凋亡指数明显降低 ,Bcl 2表达增强 ,Bax表达降低 ,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　牛磺酸具有抑制肝细胞凋亡作用 ,机理可能与通过增强Bcl 2表达及抑制Bax表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of taurine on hepatocellular apoptosis in rats.Methods The liver injury model of rats was induced by CCl 4.Bcl-2 and Bax expression of the liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Hepatocyte apoptosis index was measured by TUNEL technique.Results In the taurine group,levels of Bcl-2 expression was significantly increased(P<0.01),Bax expression was decreased(P<0.01),hepatocyte apoptosis index was remarkably lowered(P<0.01).Conclusion The increased levels of Bcl-2 expression and the decreased levels of Bax expression was probably one of mechanisms of taurine inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis.更多还原
