【Abstract】 The end coupling technology for large core multimode optical fibers is studied. The effect of transverse offset, longitudinal discrepancy, and axial disalignment between two fiber ends on the coupling efficiency is experimently measured, of which the transverse offset shows more significant effect to the coupling efficency. The results are of significance for the connection or splicing of large core multimode fibers and increasing the coupling efficiency.更多还原
