小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞对二相性白念珠菌的吞噬研究
An Experimental Study on the Phagocytosis of Murine Peritoneal Polymorphonuclear Neutrophile to Dimorphic Candida albicans
【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔吞噬细胞对二相性白念珠菌的吞噬作用。方法 :分别用小鼠腹腔中性粒细胞 (PMN)、巨噬细胞 (MФ)对二相性白念珠菌进行吞噬 ,计算吞噬率、吞噬指数。结果 :PMN对孢子相白念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数分别为 1 6 1± 4 93、0 1 8± 0 0 5 ,对菌丝相白念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数分别为 1 0 5± 3 2 8、0 1 1± 0 0 3,PMN对孢子相白念珠菌的吞噬作用强于对菌丝相白念珠菌的吞噬作用 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;MФ对孢子相白念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数分别为 2 9 8± 6 98、0 34± 0 0 7,对菌丝相白念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数分别为 2 1 2± 5 38、0 2 3±0 0 6 ,MФ对孢子相白念珠菌的吞噬作用强于对菌丝相白念珠菌的吞噬作用 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞对孢子相白念珠菌的吞噬能力强于对菌丝相白念珠菌的吞噬能力
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the phagocytotic role of peritoneal phagocytes to dimorphic Candida albicans . Methods: Murine peritoneal polymorphonuclear neutrophile (PMN) and macrophages (MФ) were used to phagocytize dimorphic Candida albicans . The phagocytic rates and phagocytic index were calculated. Results: The phagocytic rates and phagocytic index of PMN to yeast form of Candida albicans (16 1±4 93 and 0 18±0 05) were respectively higher than those of PMN to its hyphal form (10 5±3 28 and 0 11±0 03) ( P <0 001). The phagocytic rates and phagocytic index of MФ to yeast form of the fungus (29 8±6 98 and 0 34±0 07) were significantly higher than those of MФ to its hyphal form (21 2±5 38 and 0 23±0 06) ( P <0 001). Conclusions: The ability of PMN and MФ to phagocytize yeast form of Candida albicans is much stronger than to phagocytize hyphal form of the fungus.
