【摘要】 目的 :调查贵州省荔波县瑶族葡萄糖 - 6 -磷酸脱氢酶 (G6PD)缺陷症的基因频率。方法 :随机选取2 80名荔波县当地瑶族男性居民 ,采用四氮唑蓝 (NBT)纸片定性法初筛 ,G6PD/6PGD比值法定量确诊。结果 :对贵州省荔波县 2 80名瑶族男性进行筛查 ,共检出 2 4例阳性 ,其基因频率为 0 0 85 7。结论 :通过对贵州省荔波县瑶族G6PD缺乏症基因频率的调查和分析 ,了解贵州省少数民族G6PD缺乏症的分布特征 ,为该地区预防该疾病、指导临床、提高少数民族的身体素质及研究该民族起源提供了一定的依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the frequency of G6PD deficiency gene in the Yao nationality in Libo county, Guizhou. Methods: 280 male subjects were randomly selected from the local people, NBT qualitative and G6PD/6PGD quantitative methods were used to detect G6PD deficiency. Results: Among the 280 subjects, 24 cases of G6PD deficiency were found. The gene frequency of G6PD deficiency was 0.085 7. Conclusions: There is a high incidence of G6PD deficiency in Yao nationality in Libo county. The investigation results illustrates the distribution of G6PD deficiency in Guizhou, and provides some useful data for clinical works and prevention of G6PD deficiency, and for the improvement of minority population diathesis and the research on anthropogenesis.更多还原
