臭氧-生物活性炭联合应用提高电厂补给水水质

【摘要】 针对于目前火力发电厂补给水中的有机物含量过高的问题,采用臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)工艺对其进行处理。实验结果表明,当O3的投加质量浓度为3mg/L、接触时间为20min、炭柱停留时间为20min,O3-BAC工艺对CODMn的平均去除率为52.57%,UV254的平均去除率为68.15%。同时O3和BAC协同作用使O3-BAC的活性炭柱出水水质稳定,延长了活性炭的使用寿命。实验表明,O3-BAC工艺在锅炉补给水处理中的应用可行。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the high organic substance problem in the make-up water of boilers in heat power plants, the process of ozone(O3) - biological activated carbon (BAC) is applied. The result shows that when the dosage of ozone is 3 mg/L, the contact time of ozone is 20 min and the retention time for BAC column is 20 min, the average removal rate of CODMn is 52.57% and the removal rate of UV254 is 68.15%. In the meantime, the effluent of the BAC column is stable and its lifetime is prolonged when the ozone is in coordination with BAC. The result shows that the process of O3 - BAC is feasible in the application of make-up water treatment of boilers.
