【Abstract】 Under the asymmetric information,it is very important for the enterprise management consultants how to diagnose out its presently operating symptoms based upon its financial in formation and previous state.Other than all kinds previously comprehensive evaluating methods to analysis directly firm’s finance affairs.we discuss the question by the aid of the fuzzy relation equation to conclude adversely and analysis enterprise operating disadvantages,and build the model of how to diagnose it,and put this method in practice.更多还原
