燃油加热炉燃烧过程的三维数值模拟

【摘要】 对燃油加热炉的燃烧过程进行了三维的数值模拟。其中,对燃烧器的复杂几何形状没有进行任何简化,实现了包括炉膛的结构化网格划分。在前人的基础上发展了计算燃油燃烧过程完整的数学模型,其中,气相的湍流流动采用k-ε模型,液雾颗粒相的湍流流动采用随机轨道模型,湍流燃烧采用EBU Arrhenius模型,辐射传热采用离散坐标模型。计算得到了炉内流场、温度场、液滴分布、组分分布的详细信息,并对炉内的燃烧特性进行了分析和解释。计算结果为燃油加热炉的设计和优化提供了很好的参考依据。

【Abstract】 In the article,three-dimensional numerical simulation has made on spray combustion in an oil furnace. Structured grid is made with no simplification and modification of the complicated structure in the hearth and burner. In this paper, a comprehensive mathematical model for simulating spray combustion is developed on the basis of previous work of other people. The turbulent flow of gas-phase is modeled by turbulent model. Particle dispersion in the turbulent flow is modeled by a stochastic method. The combustion reaction rate is given by the EBU-Arrhenius model. Radiative heat transfer is handled by the discrete ordinates model. The result of the numerical simulation predicts the velocity and temperature field, the distributions of species and particles. It is helpful to the optimization of oil burner.
