炉膛结构对炉内NO_x生成的影响
Effect of Furnace Configuration on Flow Field and NO_x Emission
【摘要】 分析了炉膛结构以及烧嘴布置方式对流场、火焰温度、组分分布和NOx生成量的影响。研究结果表明:当炉膛顶部同时布置烧嘴和排烟口时,燃烧主射流对炉膛排烟的卷吸将降低助燃空气射流中的氧气浓度和燃气射流中的可燃物浓度,进而降低氮氧化物的排放;此外,NOx排放量同烟气在炉内停留时间有关,其浓度将沿烟气流程逐渐增加。
【Abstract】 The effects of furnace configuration and arrangement of burner on flow field, flame temperature, distribution of flue gas species and NO_x emission were investigated in this paper. The results show that the combustion air jet and fuel gas jet would entrain the exhaust flue gas if both of the burner and the exit of flue gas were arranged on the top of furnace, which would decrease the concentration of oxygen and combustible material in their jets before ignition. Therefore, NO_x emission reduced. In addition, NO_x concentration in flue gas increases along with flue gas flow.
