工业以太网和PLC在高炉喷煤系统中的应用
【摘要】 介绍了承德钢铁公司喷煤监控系统解决方案,该系统为Ethernet+PLC+IPC的分布式控制系统(DCS),具有分散性,实时性、扩展性和开放性的特点。由于是数据、视频二合一系统,提高了设备利用效率和监控水平。采用模块化PLC编程技术,提高了系统的可维护性和可操作性。
【Abstract】 The DCS based on Ethernet,PLC and IPC is developed for Chengde steel pulverized coal injection system.The merits of the system include the distribution,real-time,expansibility and open. As the data and video information is integrated, the utilization efficiency of equipments is increased and monitoring capability is improved.
