【Abstract】 The development stategy and implementing methods of a water front are expounded from space landscape, regional climate, functional organ, land value, human value, social publicity etc, by combining current urban economy and society etc, and analyzing the systematicness, complexity, sensitivity, compatibility, sharing and character etc, according to the changes of history of a water front.
