【摘要】 通过对国内首次在陶瓷辊道窑上应用水煤浆成套技术的工业试验介绍,分别就燃烧应用系统中的各部分进行了详细地分析。试验结果表明:陶瓷辊道窑上能很成功地应用该水煤浆燃烧技术,配备相应辅助技术后,能大幅度降低能源消耗,改善操作环境,从根本上解决陶瓷辊道窑的污染问题。该成套技术的推广应用对企业具有很好的经济效益和环保效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coal-WaterSlurry (CWS) hasbeenputinto applicationina Ceramic Roller Kiln (CRK) forthe first timeinChina. Somekeytechniques in this complete technology have been analyzed in this paper. Experimental results have proved that the complete technology ofCWS combustion can reach a sound calcining efficiency and energy saving effect. Especially, they can solve the air pollution of the ceramicroller kiln successfully. The popularization of this technology has a bright prospect both economically and environmentally.更多还原
