西门子S7-200在工业锅炉控制中的应用
The Application of Siemens S7-200 to Industial Bioler Control
【摘要】 介绍采用西门子S7-200PLC用于工业锅炉控制系统,针对工业锅炉的特点,给出了相应的控制策略。考虑工业现场的状况,设计了相关的程序模块,提高了系统控制的可靠性和准确性。实际应用表明由S7-200构成的控制系统具有成本低廉、经济实用,可靠性高等特点。
【Abstract】 That the industial boilers control system is designed by using siemens S7-200 plc is introduced.Some control methods are presented for characteristics of industrial boilers.The related program blocks are designed to improve reliability and accuracy of the system for condition of industial spot.The actual application shows that control system based on S7-200 is cheap,economical and highly reliable.
