MgO基浇注料基质流变性的研究

【摘要】 浇注料的流变性在很大程度上受基质流变行为的影响和控制。研究了影响MgO基无水泥浇注料基质流变行为的多种因素如:加水量、SiO2微粉、Al2O3微粉、分散剂、镁砂细粉粒度、刚玉细粉加入量以及Sialon加入量。基于研究的结果,提出流变性较好的基质组成的合适范围。

【Abstract】 Rheology of castables is greatly affected and controlled by rheological behavior of their matrixes. In this work, the rheological properties of magnesia-based zero-cement castables matrixes have been studied. The effects of water addition, microsilica and ultrafine alumina addition, dispersants, magnesia particle-size, alumina and Sialon addition on the rheological behavior of the slurries have been investigated. Based on these results, the range of optimum composition of the matrix with good rheological properties has been suggested.
