气动吹灰器在管道加热炉中的应用

【摘要】 通过分析加热炉换热器积灰形成的机理,结合滨州站的实际情况比较了现在工业中常用几种吹灰器的优缺点,决定选用气动旋转式吹灰器作为加热炉的吹灰器。介绍了气动旋转式吹灰器的工作原理、工作参数及它的几种控制方式。通过应用吹灰器,热效率提高约3%,排烟温度下降了25℃以上。实践证明采用吹灰器是一种很好的节能措施。

【Abstract】 Advateges and defects of the blowing dust device using in industry through analysing dust formed mechanism in heating furnace in co-oridination with Bin Zhou Station actual condition were compared. Decide that to choose the air force rotating blowing dust device as serve as heating furnace blowing dust device. Operation principle operation parameter and its control forms of air force rotating blowing dust device were introduced.Thermal efficieney raised about 3%,overcomed dust temperature reduced about 25℃.
