蒸汽流量计量温度、压力补偿的数学模型研究
Research on mathematical model of temperature and pressure compensation in steam flow rate measurement
【摘要】 采用不同类型的流量仪表测量蒸汽流量 ,除通过温度、压力进行密度补偿外 ,还应通过计算机实现对流出系数C、流速可膨胀系数ε等参数进行全参数补偿 ,进一步减小误差 ,并建议对补偿所用的数学模型法制化 ,使贸易计量仪表有统一、准确的标准或规程可依
【Abstract】 To measure steam flow rate with different kinds of flow instrument (meter), not only the density compensation with temperature and pressure, but also the full parameters compensation of flow coefficient C, flow rate expansion coefficient ε with computer, are needed to decrease the error further. Moreover it is proposed to adjust the mathematical model for compensation to legal institution that there would be unity, correct standard or regulation for the trade measuring meter to relay on.
