【摘要】 主要探讨了BPR在光纤生产流程中的应用。通过过程建模的方法分析流程的不足,运用BPR的理论和方法对原有流程进行改造,使得企业运作在成本与交货两方面的得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 The article mainly introduced implementation of BPR in fiber optic enterprises. With the method of process modeling and the implementation of BPR theory, cost can be cut sharply and delivery improved remarkably in enterprise operation.
