【Abstract】 Channel coordination mechanisms in supply chain consisting of a supplier and N retailers are studied. Coordinated price and united optimal order quantity are followed, which increase the whole supply chain’s profits. Firstly, a basic model for channel coordination mechanisms is developed. Then the factors affecting the mechanisms and the sources of newly increased profits after taking coordination mechanisms are analyzed, and the tools are provided for the further analysis of supply chain coordination mechanisms.
