真空灭弧室预击穿的测量与分析

【摘要】 通过对真空灭弧室击穿电压的测量,拟合出了真空灭弧室在小间隙下的击穿电压与间隙的关系式,结合对真空灭弧室电场强度的计算,得出了真空灭弧室的动、静触头在不同间隙下的击穿场强。将拟合到小间隙下的击穿电压与间隙的关系式应用到真空断路器关合时的预击穿特性,根据断路器的关合动特性,得到了断口间耐受电压随时间的变化规律,由此得出断路器实现同步关合的速度低限,以及在什么相位进行关合时暂态分量最小。

【Abstract】 The expression of the strike voltage versus the gap smaller than 1.5 mm is derived from the experiments. Combining the calculation results of the electric strength in the vacuum interrupter, the values of the strike down strength between the contacts with different gaps can be obtained. Appling the fitting expression to the calculation of the pre-strike characteristic, the variation rule of the withstand voltage of vacuum interrupters is thus reached according to the closing dynamic characteristic, through which the minimum synchronous closing velocity and the predetermined phase value to achieve the minimum transient component could be estimated.
