触头间电动斥力的三维有限元分析
3-D Finite Element Analysis of Electro-dynamic Repulsion Forces Acting on Contacts
【摘要】 触头间电动斥力的大小对于开关电器的设计是很重要的。基于电流-磁场-电动斥力之间关系的方程,应用三维有限元分析,引入圆柱导电桥模型作为接触点模拟触头间的电流收缩,从而计算出作用在触头上的电动斥力。结果表明,电动斥力与导电斑点情况和触头形状有很大关系,同时,利用这种方法计算电动斥力是有效的。
【Abstract】 For the optimization design of electr ic apparatus,it is necessary and important to calculate the electro-dynamic repuls ion force acting on the movable contact.With3-D finite element analysis,accordin g to the equations among current-magnetic field-repulsion force,the contact bri dge model is introduced to simulate the current distribution between contacts,so the repulsion force can be calculated.It demonstrates that the number and the d istribution of contact bridges,together with the shape of contact have remarkabl e effect on the repulsion force.Furthermore,the proposed method is effective to calculate the repulsion force.
