【摘要】 20 0 3年 8月美加的重大停电事故反映了北美电网的规划、建设、管理和调度等方面存在突出问题。对照宝钢电网用电负荷的不断增长 ,原来较为稳定可靠的电网也出现一些薄弱环节 ,存在大面积停电的隐患。为此 ,对有关的安全可靠问题作了进一步探讨 ,提出了调整完善其供电系统的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The severe blackout of America & Canada on August 2003 reflected that there were outstanding issues in aspect of planning, construction, management and dispatching etc. of the North America power network.. In contrast to Boa-steel power network, with continuous increase of demand load, the comparatively stable and reliable network presents some weak links and exists hidden danger of large-area service interruption, therefore, a further discussion on security and reliability of Boa-steel network is made and countermeasures of adjusting and perfecting the power system are proposed.更多还原
