超临界萃取檀香、乳香、青木香混合物及GC-MS分析的初步研究

【摘要】 目的 :确立超临界萃取檀香、乳香、青木香混合物的最佳条件 ,并对其挥发油成分进行分析。方法 :采用正交试验设计方法 ,以超临界样品GC-MS图谱中主要峰的总相对百分含量为考察指标 ,对超临界萃取檀香、乳香、青木香混合物中总挥发油的条件进行优化 ,并采用气相色谱 -质谱联用技术对超临界样品进行分析鉴定。结果 :最佳萃取工艺为压力15mPa,萃取4h,萃取温度40℃ ;GC -MS分析共鉴定出3个化合物。结论 :萃取工艺可行 ,萃取物的成分鉴定有待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the optimum conditions for extracting the mixˉture of saussurea,olibanum and sandalwood by GC-MS method,and analyze the compositions of its volatile oil.Methods:Through taking the method designed by the orthogonal test and the total relative percentage contents of the principle peak in GC-MS atlas as the detective indexes;the conditions for extracting the total volatile oil fromthe mixture of saussurea,olibanumand sandalwood were optimized.Then the analysis and identification were made on the sample by GC-MS method.Results:The optimum conditions were15mPa,for4hours,under40centiˉgrade.Moreover,three chemical compounds were identified by GC-MS method.Conclusions:The extracting techniques are feasible.However the identifiˉcation of the components of the extracts remain further study.
