【摘要】 目的 :探讨复方蒲黄注射液对产后出血的干预作用。方法 :将符合选择标准的200例产妇 ,分成实验组与对照组 ,实验组于胎儿娩出后宫颈注射复方蒲黄注射液1安瓿(2ml) ,对照组同法注射缩宫素1安瓿(10单位) ,观察两组产后出血量及其相关指标 ,并进行对比分析。结果 :两组各项观察指标 ,经统计学检验 ,无显著性差异。复方蒲黄注射液和缩宫素疗效相当 ,有效率均达到99 %。结论 :应用复方蒲黄注射液 ,可以预防和减少产后出血更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the Intervention of Postpartum Hemorrhage with Compound Puhuang Injection.Methods:Qualified for the selective standard,200cases of parturient were divided into two groups.The experimental group was injected in cervix with1Amp(2ml)Compound Puhuang Injection after delivery,and the control group with1Amp(10U)Oxytocine in the same way.The obserˉvation was made to see the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and correlative inˉdexes in the two groups.Then the contrast analysis was carried out.Results:In both groups,all the indexes revealed no significant difference in statistics,and the curative effects were almost equal with the effective rates up to99%.Conˉclusions:Compound Puhuang Injection can play a good role in preventing and reducing the postpartum hemorrhage.更多还原
