【摘要】 目的 :探讨钩吻及其减毒后抗肿瘤的作用。方法 :以小鼠肉瘤180、小鼠肝癌为靶瘤 ,观察钩吻醇提物及其加玉叶金花混合提取物的抗肿瘤作用。并分别测定药物的半数致死量LD50 。结果 :钩吻醇提物(以生药计)0.45g/kg·d -1,0.11g/kg·d -1和钩吻 +玉叶金花混合提取物(以钩吻生药计)0.76g/kg·d -1,0.19g/kg·d -1 ,连续灌胃给药14天 ,对小鼠移植性肉瘤180实体型生长均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01) ,但对小鼠移植性肝癌实体型生长抑制不明显。钩吻醇提物和钩吻 +玉叶金花混合提取物对小鼠的LD50 分别为2.23g/kg,7.64g/kg。结论 :钩吻醇提物具有一定的抗肿瘤作用 ,和玉叶金花混合提取后 ,即可保持疗效 ,又可降低毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the antineoplastic effects of Gelsemiu Elegans Benth（GEB）and attenuated GEB.Methods:Hepatocacinoma（Hep）and sarcoma180（S₁80）in mice were the target tumors.Then the observation was made to see the antineoplastic effects of GEB extract and mixed extract of GEB and Mussaenda Erosa Champ（MEC）.Meanwhile,LD 50 of the drugs was determined respectively.Results:The GEB extract（0.45g/kg·d -1 ,0.11g/kg·d -1 ）and the mixed extract of GEB and MEC（0.76g/kg·d -1 ,0.19g/kg·d -1 ）were filled into the stomach of mice for14days.Growth of transplanted S ₁80was significantly inhibited（P<0.05or P<0.01）,but the growth of transplanted Hep could not be restrained obviously.LD 50 of GEB extract and the mixed extract of GEB and MEC were found to be respectively2.23g/kg and7.64g/kg in mice.Conclusions:GEB extract has regular antineoplastic effects.However,the mixed extract of GEB and MEC can not only keep the curative effect but also reduce the toxicity.更多还原
