【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduces the procedure of measurement assurance program(MAP).Based on this discussion, a multi-parameter MAP aim at laser interferometer is presented in this paper,including the designing of transfer standard and check standard, the statistic process control and the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty. Our MAP implementation has greatly improved the attending laboratories confidence for their measurement results.更多还原
