【摘要】 闪烁陶瓷是一类新型的功能陶瓷材料。同闪烁单晶相比,闪烁陶瓷具有物理化学性质稳定、制备工艺简单、成本低、容易实现均匀掺杂等优点。综述了闪烁陶瓷的研究现状,重点阐明:硫氧化钆Gd2O2S(gadoliniumoxysulfide,GOS),氧化钇钆(Y,Gd)2O3(yttria gadolinia,YGO)和钆镓石榴石Gd3Ga5O12(gadoliniumgalliumgarnet,GGG)3类闪烁陶瓷的制备工艺和相关的闪烁性能。在此基础上,介绍了闪烁陶瓷在医学X射线计算机断层扫描影像术(X raycomputedtomography,XCT)中的应用现状并展望闪烁陶瓷的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scintillation ceramics are new generation of functional ceramics materials. Compared with scintillation single crystals, scintillation ceramics are of physical and chemical stable, low cost and easy to prepare with homogeneous doping. Preparation and properties of three mainly studied scintillation ceramics, Gd₂O₂S （gadolinium oxysulfide,GOS）, （Y,Gd）₂O₃（yttriagadolinia,YGO） and Gd₃Ga₅O₁₂（gadolinium gallium garnet,GGG） are reviewed in details. The application status of scintillation ceramics in medical XCT （X-ray computed tomography） is introduced. The prospect of future development for scintillation ceramics is also suggested.更多还原
