炻质瓷装饰用无公害镉硒大红釉的研究
STUDY ON THE NON-POLLUTION RED GLAZE OF CADMIUMSELENIUM FOR STONEWARE
【摘要】 成功地制备了一种适用炻质瓷装饰的大红釉。该釉以包裹型镉硒红色料为着色剂 ,基釉为长石石灰混合生料釉 ,氧化气氛下烧成。新的釉料完全无镉溶出 ,不含铅、铋、钡、锌、锑、铜等对人体有害的元素 ,符合当前陶瓷装饰必须无公害的新理念。用SEM ,EPMA ,OM ,XRD等对釉进行了显微结构观察、定性与成分分析 ,研究了其显色机理。对釉的主要性能如分光反射率、热膨胀系数、显微硬度、熔融温度、铅镉溶出量等进行了测试。结果表明 :釉的物相组成主要是玻璃相、残余石英及ZrSiO4 Cd(SxSe1 -x)色料 ;该釉是未熔融的包裹型色料晶体呈色 ,色料在釉中均匀分布 ;坯釉中间层发育良好 ,有莫来石、钙长石类晶体析出。其成熟温度为 115 0~ 12 0 0℃ ,呈色纯正 ,鲜艳明快 ,不流不裂 ,釉面硬度高 ,耐化学腐蚀性好 ,铅、镉溶出量完全达到ISO 64 862 :1999(E)新规定。
【Abstract】 The non-pollution red glaze of cadmiumselenium for stoneware has been successfully developed, which is constituted by ZrSiO4Cd(SxSe1-x) red pigment as a colorant and feldsparlime glaze as base glaze, and fired in the oxidizing atmosphere. The new glaze is obtained without using pernicious elements of Pb, Bi, Ba, Zn, Sb, Cu, etc and no Cd released, which is in accordance with the new concept of non-pollution ceramic decorations. Microstructure and composition of the glaze were investigated by means of SEM, EPMA, OM, XRD, and its coloring mechanism was studied. Main performance of glaze including spectro-reflectance, expansion, micro-hardness, fusion temperature and PbCd release was examined. It indicates that the glaze mainly composes of glass phase, quartz remains and ZrSiO4Cd(SxSe1-x) pigment. The color of the glaze is caused by not yet melting pigment crystal in well-distributed coloring pigment in the glaze. The interface of the glass and the pigment crystal in the glaze is well-grown with the crystals of mullite and amphodelite precipitated . While prepared at 1 150-1 200 ℃, the glaze is bright red in color, and having high hardness and fine corrosion-proof. The release amount of PbCd reaches completely the new standards of ISO 64862:1999 (E).
