【Abstract】 There are five rivers including Chaoyangxi river in the Jiangbei zone, or the downtown area to the north of Yongjiang river of Nanning city. They have insufficient water in dry period to meet the demand for environment and sight water utilization. The authors present a proposal to improve the environment and sight water utilization situation for the rivers in Jiangbei city zone without changing the general plan for flood protection, waterlogging drainage and pollution abatement.更多还原
