【Abstract】 At present,the scope of administrative compensation for damage in China only includes a little part of human rights,that is,the personal right over body and the right of property.Moreover,the principle of limited compensation is followed in this regard.To attain the objective of“the state respecting and guaranteeing human rights"set in the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China,the scope of administrative compensation for damage in our country should be extend to political rights,a consequential damage and a moral damage,and forward-looking argumentation and the orderly operation of judical practice must be carried out in this connection.更多还原
