【Abstract】 The proliferation and rooting in tissue culture of common lavender (Lavandula vera L.) were studied. The results showed the proliferation was effected by the explants from different parts of the seedling, and the kinds and the concentration of hormone. The highest ratio of the proliferation was got from the first part of the stem. The MS + 1mg / L 6-BA + 0.1mg / L IBA was the most suitable medium for the proliferation of the adventitious buds, and for the rooting of the plant was MS + 0.5 mg / L NAA.更多还原
