【摘要】 进行噬菌蛭弧菌预防和治疗斑点叉尾鱼回细菌性败血病试验 ,结果 :在试验水体中加入嗜水气单胞菌对斑点叉尾鱼回进行感染 ,同时在水体中加入噬菌蛭弧菌 ,当水中的噬菌蛭弧菌浓度达到 10 5个 /ml以上时有预防斑点叉尾鱼回败血病的效果 ;采用背肌注射嗜水气单胞菌的方法对斑点叉尾鱼回进行感染 ,然后在水体中加入噬菌蛭弧菌 ,结果试验鱼全部死亡 ,说明噬菌蛭弧菌不能起到治疗斑点叉尾鱼回败血病的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The studies on preventing and curing the Bacterial Septicemia of Ictalurus Punctatus by Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus were carried out. The result showed that, Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus could prevent the fish from Bacterial Septicemia when their concentrations exceeded 10 5/mL in the test water added with Aeromonas hydrophila, which was for infection. But all of the survival rates were 0 in the same test conditions except of the infected way instead by injection on the dorsal muscle of the fish. It indicated that the bacterium couldn’t cure the disease.更多还原
