大理花组培脱毒快繁研究初报
Tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dahlia pinnata Cav.
【摘要】 以大理花茎尖作供体材料 ,MS为基本培养基 ,在激素组合 6 BA1~ 4 m g/ L +NAA0 .5~ 2 mg/ L 的范围内均能诱导出愈伤组织 ,但以 MS+6 BA2 mg/ L+NAA1mg/ L 的诱导率最高 ,可达 75 % ;将愈伤组织转接到 MS+6 BA1~ 4 mg/ L+NAA0 .5~ 2 m g/ L 的培养基上 ,其中以 MS+6 BA2 m g/ L+NAA0 .5 mg/ L 的分化率最高 ,分化率达 10 0 %。
【Abstract】 A trial was conducted to investigate the effect of different concentrations of plant hormones (1.0~ 4.0 mg/L 6 BA, 0.5~2.0mg/L NAA) on reduction and differentiation of shoot tip of Dahlia pennata in vitro. High frequency induction (75%) and differentiation (100%) of callus were obtained on the MS mediums with 2.0 mg/L 6 BA + 1.0mg/L NAA, and 2.0mg/L 6 BA + 0.5 mg/L NAA,respectively.
