【Abstract】 Using leaf discs as explant, the regeneration system of strawberry cultivar‘FengXiang’ on Murashige & Skoog(MS) media with various phytohormones was studied. The results showed that the leaf discs were generated at the rate of more than 88% on MS media with TDZ 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.25mg/L,which suited to gene transformation.更多还原
