【Abstract】 Zinc from zinc sulfate was used as a revulsant and injected into abdomen to compare the effects of different zinc dosages and different revulsive times on synthesization of metallothionein in liver of pigs.The results showed that synthetical metallothionein in liver of the pigs treated with five celiac injections and with a 330 mg/kg zinc dosage was higher significant (P<0.05) than that with three celiac injections and with a 80 mg/kg zinc dosage. However, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the treatment with five celiac injections (330 mg/kg zinc dosage) and the treatment with seven celiac injections (780 mg/kg zinc dosage). 更多还原
