石墨炉原子吸收法测定柑桔园土壤中有效硼
Determination of the effective boron in the soil of orange plantation by GFAAS
【摘要】 研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测定柑桔园土壤中的有效硼.以Ca-抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,用全热解石墨管,在干燥温度80~120℃,灰化温度700℃,原子化温度2700℃条件下进行测定.检出限为0.0104μg/mL,精密度(RSD,n=3)为1.2%~5.6%,与姜黄素法和ICP-AES法进行对照,结果吻合.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a determination method of the effective Boron in the soil of orange plantation by GFAAS is investigated, which is under the conditions that drying temperature is from 80℃ to 120℃, ashing temperature is 700℃, and atomization temperature is 2700℃ using Calcium-ascorbic acid as matrix modifier and pyrogenation graphite tube. The detection limit of the method is 00104 μg/mL. The precision is 1.2%~5.6% (RSD, n=3). Contrasted with curcumine method and ICP-AES method, the analytical results are in good agreement with its by GFAAS.
